ZSpace

This article will introduce the installation and configuration in the ZSpace backend.

Model Selection

ZSpace Z423 selects DC5521 kit, others select DC5525 kit.

System Installation Configuration

  1. After installation, log in to the ZSpace backend, click System Settings -> UPS Management

Backend Recognition

  1. After clicking UPS Management, if UPS is not recognized, please click the UPS switch button on the right.

Backend Recognition

  1. If recognition fails, wait 1-2 minutes. If still not recognized, try restarting the NAS
  2. Some ZSpace devices only have one USB port that can recognize UPS
  3. For Z2Pro, please plug the UPS into the USB 3.0 interface on the NAS

Remote Wake-up

Remote wake-up requires the host to support WOL functionality by default. Currently, it is known that ZSpace does not support WOL functionality. ZSpace devices with SSH enabled can be hacked to support WOL (some models do not support it, and success is unpredictable).
